The Florey Neuroscience Institute consists of four independent medical research facilities which have amalgamated to create one world class neuroscience and mental health research facility. In addition to the amalgamation is the construction of two new research facilities at the University of Melbourne, Parkville campus and at the Austin Health’s Heidelberg campus. The facility at Parkville will consist of an 18,000sqm centre and include basement car park which will approximately 320 cars over three levels. The Heidelberg facility will be around 5,000sqm for the new centre. |

163 Castlereagh Street in Sydney has been described as the new landmark for Sydney middle city. It is a new 40 storey building, which will tower above the city street level to a height of around 170m. The current site encompasses five separate buildings which will be demolished to create the new elliptical shaped building. The site extends from Castlereagh Street through to Pitt Street and is proposed to have a total floor space of approximately 56,000sqm. Some of the key features of this development include the atrium which spans to the roof, large floor plates and a child care facility. |

The Audi ‘lighthouse’ is a new, state of the art, home of Audi Centre Sydney and the biggest Audi facility globally. The eight storey building measuring 26 metres in height and boasting more than 12,000 metres of space will feature a mezzanine level with all storeys linked by ramps. The Audi Terminal includes facilities for new and used car showrooms, servicing with 20 bays, corporate headquarters and includes car parking on the roof and basement. This will be the flagship facility to represent the outstanding achievements of the Audi name. |
